It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Gene Cox Sr. of Riverton, Wyoming, born in Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on December 15, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Cox and Iretta Cox (Stout); his grandson Lloyd; and his brother Ken. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Drewelow (Jane) of Fairfax, IA, Sue Maddelein (Drewelow) of Riverton, WY, Kathy Riley (David) of Moline, IL, Lisa Huff (Michael) of Davenport, IA, Michelle Mendoza (Terry) of Davenport, IA and Robert G. Cox, Jr. (Kim) of Williamsburg, IA.

Memorials may be made in his name to the QC Law Enforcement Officers Memorial.
