He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Albert Starks and Alma Louise Starks (Flint); his siblings, Lorraine Davis, Betty Starks Case, Gladys Davis, Vere (Bud), James and Earl Starks; and his son-in-law Patrick Parmenter.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Ann Hollenbeck of Riverton; his children, Debra and Craig (Andrea) of Riverton; his grandsons, Douglas (Laura McKee) of Casper, Jason Hoffman of Albuquerque and Christofer Starks McKee of Casper; and his brother Charles Starks (Chuck) of Riverton. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
