It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Watt of Riverton, Wyoming, who passed away on October 9, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Blomberg and Anna Muriel Blomberg (Sneed); her brother Chris Wayne Blomberg; and her grandparents, John Blomberg, Julie Amanda, Benjamin Franklin Sneed and Iva Jane Lewis Sneed.
She is survived by: her children, Harold "Budd" Eugene Collver, Jr., Bruce Allen Collver and LaDuskey "Dusty" Anna Collver; and her siblings, Homer "Bill" Blomberg, Carol Lynch and Marilyn Hilzer. She is also survived by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
