He was predeceased by: his parents, Othie A. Neil and Grace L. Neil (Cook); his brother William "Bill" C. Neil; and his grandson Christopher P. Key. He is survived by: his wife Ester Merlene Smelley; his children, Claud Ervin Key, Edna Elaine Reddon of Gold Canyon, AZ and Terri Lynn Neil of Riverton; and his siblings, Bob, Wayne, Marilyn, Ruth and Linda. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 10 great, great grandchildren.
