It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin Cooper (Riverton, Wyoming), who passed away on November 17, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Essie Cooper and William Jennings Bryan Cooper; and his siblings, Dale Cooper and Nadine Newberry. He is survived by: his children, Alan L. Cooper (Ada), Connie Svoboda (Stephen) and Loree Tasto (Thane); and his siblings, Iris Bartlett of Casper and Darrell Cooper of Riverton. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
