She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Barney, Jr. and Waynema Devinney Barney (Devinney); her grandparents, Hiddo, Isis, Charles Dick Devinney and Addie Moon Devinney; her brothers, Harvey Ted Barney, Merlin Barney and Elton Jay Barney; her aunts, Mary (Rosemary Devinney), Annabell Devinney, Dorothy Nipwater and Alice Hill (Irma Brown); her cousins, Angelina Wagon, Vida Stump, Lillian Brown, Louella Bigknife, Annie Nipwater, Charlene Perry, Charles Nipwater, Wayne Nipwater, Cheryl Devinney and Stanford "Butch" Devinney; her nieces and nephews, Buford Nipwater, Ryan McLeod, Shawn Ridley, Doug St, Clair, Luwayne Hill, Faline Hill and Jovan Willow; and her grandson Bradley Hill.

She is survived by: her children, James Segura, Abe Segura and Sara Segura; her nephew Amos Mireau; her niece Ashley Enos; and her siblings, Nathaniel Curtis Barney and Barbara Jean Barney.
