She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew D. Powers and Helen E. Powers (Coursey). She is survived by: her husband Bill Garland of Riverton, WY; her children, Debbie Mosier (Mark) of Sargent, NE, Laura Walker (Jon) of Lander, WY and Steve Garland (Jennie Lou) of Jeffrey City, WY; her sister Doris Stanley (Powers) of Moreland, GA; her brother-in-law Reverend Gary Garland (Nancy); and her grandchildren, Stephanie, Kari, Ryan, Jamie, Amanda, Jessica, Cooper, Mattie and Plus. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
