She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Watters and Mary Watters (Frazier); her daughter Jody Shaffer; her brother Bud Watters; and her son-in-law Charles Shaffer.
She is survived by: her husband Harvey Kohler; her children, Tim Brown, Mark Kohler (Lori), Tammy Robinson (Lee) and Marcy Whittaker (Randy); and her sister Shirley Coster (Carrol). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
