He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Maulik and Laura Maulik; his sister Helen Bell; and his granddaughter Mackenzie Salmon. He is survived by: his wife Carol Maulik; and his children, Joyce Maulik Skaggs (Kraig), Doug Maulik (Jerri) and Mitch Maulik (Terri). He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
