He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Luster and Ruby Luster (Poland) of Wyoming; his brother Lindy Luster; his nephew Tim Pantle; and his sister Dot Mease (Luster).
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Luster (Haines) of Riverton; his children, Ranae Baldes (Terry Andersen) of Thermopolis and Jim Luster of Riverton; his grandsons, Brandon Charles Baldes of Colorado and Blain Baldes (Taylor) of Gillette; his great grandchild Patrick Baldes; and his sister Cleo Pantle (Luster) of Riverton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
