He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James, Sr. McMillan and Freda McMillan (Johnson); his wife Karen McMillan of Riverton, WY; and his daughters, Tina Walker of Casper, WY, Michelle Pereira of Golden, CO and Rachel Snyder of Wheatridge, CO. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren.
