With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Mattox of Riverton, Wyoming, born in Newell, South Dakota, who passed away on August 21, 2022 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Helen Mattox to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Enoch Eugene and Sarah Alice Carlson (Barrett); her brothers, Dewitt "Eugene" Carlson, Sven "Curtis" Carlson and Richard Dale Carlson; her daughter Kathleen Ann; her sister-in-law Jean Sinclair; and her daughter-in-law Alice Mattox.
She is survived by: her husband Harold LeRoy Mattox, Sr.; her children, Harold "Bud" Mattox, Jr. of Kansas City, MO, Dianna Weliever (Ray) of Riverton, Susan Sprague (Bob) of Riverton and Karen Drennen (Gabe) of Riverton; and her sister Norma Ida Richardson of Reno, Nevada.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; numerous great and great-great grandchildren.
