He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his sons, Kirk Indiana (Lisa), Craig Texas (Virginia) and Van Washington (Sherri); his grandchildren, Kylee, Kassie, Karson, Merissa, Harley, Mariah, Chelsea and Breanne (Daniel); and his great grandchild Ryan. He is also survived by his parents, two brothers and his two sisters.
