He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Miller and Viola Miller; and his daughter Lucki Miller. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Miller; his children, Gary Jo Wyand, Rick, Tyler Allen, Kolby Bird, Camron Bird, Staci Bird and Ashley Kofford; and his brother Ron Miller. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
