She was predeceased by: her parents, A. C. Bailey and Louise Bailey (Ferrari); and her sisters, Hazel and Marilyn. She is survived by: her husband Jack E. Oaks of Riverton, Wyoming; her children, Brian Oaks (Janell) of Riverton, WY and Susan Yount (Steve) of Cheyenne, WY; and her sisters, Elva and Helen. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
