She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva "Pete" Smith and Sandra Smith; and her siblings, Monty Ray Baker and Diane. She is survived by: her former husband Christopher Clark; her husband Rob Heatley; her sons, Zachary Aaron Clark and Quayden Zhane; her stepson Talon David Heatley; her daughters, Debra Jean Klingaman (Ryan) and Nicole Marie Heatley; her stepdaughter Starrla Jean Davis; her siblings, Richard Baker and Karen Vincent; her sister-in-law Becky Murray; and her grandchildren, Julius Clark, Ivory Clark, Chammile Clark, Tyler Klingaman and Tori Klingaman. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, half-brothers, and half- sisters.
