He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Jennings and Blanch Jennings (Shope); his wife Rachael; his son Keith Jennings; and his sister Ruby Inman.

He is survived by: his children, Kenneth (Betsy Jennings) of Kinnear, WY and Wanda (John Dermer) of Gilbert, AZ; and his brother-in-law Dennis Inman. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 14 great, great grandchildren.
