He was predeceased by: his father Clarence; his brothers, Jack Meeks and Joe Walters; his father-in-law Darrell Winfield; and his grandson Clay David Walters.
He is survived by: his former wife Debra Darlene (Winfield); his son Scott Walters; his wife Debi Walters; his children, Travis Walters and Klea; his grandchild Kanin; his mother Eloisa Walters; his mother-in-law Lennie Winfield; his siblings, Dennis (Jan Meeks), Louis (Donna Meeks), Jim (Nancy Walters), Harley (Becky Walters), Linda (Dave Duthie), Rita Griffin, Leona (Rod Rohn) and Mike Perea; and his pets, Dolly and Zig. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
