It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Flanagan (Riverton, Wyoming), who passed away on April 29, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosalie Helen Flanagan, II (Giesler) and Phillip Flanagan. She is survived by: her sister Kim Heil (Rod) of Riverton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to P.A.W.S. or St. Margaret's Catholic Church.
