He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther Haggerty (Sayer) and Roy Haggerty; his wife Lavinia Haggerty; his son Edward Haggerty; and his brothers, Francis Haggerty and Ivan Haggerty.
He is survived by: his daughter Jackie Stone (Don) of Riverton; his brothers, Earl Haggerty and Rosco Haggerty; and his grandchildren, Troy Stone (Raei Marie) of Buffalo and Bron Stone (Nicole) of Riverton. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
