We bid farewell to Charleen Von Krosigk of Riverton, Wyoming, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 5, 2024 at the age of 80. Charleen Von touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Claire Brunt and Mable Juanita Banta (Davis); her husband Dean Von Krosigk; and her daughter Laurie Von Krosigk-Gardner. She is survived by: her sons, Clint Von Krosigk (Jennifer) of Riverton, Wendell Von Krosigk (Sandy) of Shoshoni and Samuel Von Krosigk (Kristi) of Jackson, Wyoming; her son-in-law Bret Gardner of Shoshoni, Wyoming; her brother Derry Banta (Diane) of Grand Junction, Colorado; her nieces, Derria Banta-Farling (Matt) and Dena Corona (Adolph); her sisters-in-law, Cathy Crichton and France Bonassa; and her grandchildren, Melissa Vukich (Jeremy), Chad Charene Herrera, Shaylee Cruickshank (Robert), Randell Von Krosigk (Cheyenne), Kent Von Krosigk (Katie), Amber Dykes (Justin), Taylor Davis (Connor), Garret Von Krosigk (Nicole), Reagan Nicolette Barlow, Karlee Von Krosigk, Erin Von Krosigk (Jack Applegate) and Luke Von Krosigk. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren; and great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Fremont Center (1010 Fairgrounds Dr, Riverton, WY 82501).
Memorials may be made to the Charleen VonKrosigk Memorial Fund, to be used for youth activities at church and 4-H, in care of Davis Funeral Home, 2203 West Main Street, Riverton, Wyoming 82501.
