Carter Hughes Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carter Hughes (Riverton, Wyoming), born in Bemidji, Minnesota, who passed away on June 1, 2019 at the age of 16. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Brian and Linda Hughes; and his cousins, Iziz and Yousra Mahmoud. He is survived by: his mother Tiffany Hughes of Bemidji, MN; his grandparents, David Garrigan of Bemidji, MN and Andrea Garrigan of Riverton, WY; his sisters, Gabriella Garrigan of Riverton, WY and Savannah Domrose of Bemidji, MN; his aunt Jennifer Mahmoud (Mohammed) of Grand Forks, ND; his uncles, Tucker Asper (Lexi) of Beijing, China and Tanner Asper (Marnie) of Fairbault, MN; his significant other Kaci Kennedy of Riverton, WY; his friends, Josh Tingle and Ivan Herrera of Riverton, WY; his brother Hoksila Annis; and his close friend Braedan Black.
