He was predeceased by: his parents, Bradford Dale and Dolly Dale; his wife Connie Dale; his parents-in-law, William and Elva Iva Stephens; and his sisters-in-law, Iva Mae and Birdie.
He is survived by: his children, Bert Dale, Brenda Dale-Barlow (Steve) and Bart Dale (Kristi); his brother Bret Dale (Cathy); and his grandchildren, Brittany Barlow-Christoffersen (Scott), Celeste Barlow-Pince (Nick), Shanda Barlow (Nic Fenton), Blake Dale and Brodie Dale. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
