He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodson Garland and Ethel Garland (Park); his wife Lyda Powers; and his sister Clotene Peters. He is survived by: his children, Steve Garland (Jennie Lou), Debbie Mosier (Mark) of Sargent and Laura Walker (Jon) of Lander, Wyoming; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Kari, Ryan, Amanda, Jessica, Jamie, Cooper and Mattie; and his brother Gary (Nancy). He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
