He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Randolph and Bessie Randolph (Layman); his wife Victoria Randolph; his brother Ron Randolph; and his son-in-law James Brannan.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Heslep (Larry), Sharon Brannan and Vernie Randolph (Nancy); his stepdaughters, Loretta Jean Round (Gene) and Sandy Spriggs (Tom); and his sister Lovena Harris. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
