He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Marie Richardson; his parents, Howard Seymore Richardson and Louise Helen Richardson (Wempen); his siblings, Cecil Richardson, Robert Dean Richardson, Howard Seymore Richardson, Jr., Ila Larson and Nina Richardson; and his granddaughter Megan Nicole Runner.
He is survived by: his children, Eugene Allen Richardson, Corey David Johnston, Howard Seymour Richardson, III and Mary Ann Runner; his foster son Joshua Stanley; his grandchildren, Charlen Runner, Jordan Runner (Talena) and John Cale Runner; and his sisters, Phylis Jane Loghry and LaVaughn Richardson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donors consider planting a tree.
