She was predeceased by: her parents, Duane N. Kelley and Evelyn Prosser; her husband George Colter; her grandson Jeremy Colter; her great grandchild Rayshawn Colter; her siblings, Duane R. Kelley, Leon Kelley and Doreen Kelley; her siblings-in-law, Doraldena Coats, Paul Peck, George Hogle and Carl Simmins; and her son-in-law William Bliss.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy (Martin Danner), Cheri Bliss, Celia (Kenneth Chapin), Fenner (Joseph Colter, II) and Fred Colter; her siblings, Sharon Peck of Panama, Dora D. Kelley of Virginia, Sandy Simmins of Great Valley, Delinda Kelley Cline (Richard) of Great Valley and Kenneth Kelley of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; and her sister-in-law Catherine Woncki (Dick) of New Albion. She is also survived by 16 Grandchildren 16 Great-grandchildren.
