She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry L. Anderson and Mattie R. Staaf Anderson; her siblings, Lamont, Doris, Evelyn, Don, Jack and Virginia; and her son-in-law John Palato.
She is survived by: her former spouse Courtney Phillips; her children, Sue Palato (John) and James Phillips (Karen); her spouse Arther Barlow; and her grandchildren, Trisha Lucero, Nick Bertogli (Kassi), Magen Donivan (Nate) and Jonathan Palato. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to pet partners of carbon county or your local animal shelter.
