He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Palen and Ruth Palen; and his brother Gene Palen. He is survived by: his wife Ann Prosser; his sons, Eric (Wendy) and Brian (Maggie); and his grandchildren, Tess, Joseph and Kate Palen.
