He is survived by: his wife Stacey Rena Dexter; his pet Bandit; his sons, Chadd Eugene France (Mindy), Bradley Neal France (Nichole) and Wesley Bert France (Alyssa); and his sister Roberta Miller (Phil). He is also survived by his best friends; and several nieces and nephews.
