He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Cuin; his children, Donna Hoffman (Mark), Mike Cuin (Karen), Christal Key (Al), Mishelle Cuin (Frank Lew), Mathew Cuin (Andrea), Patrick Cuin (Emily) and Tracy Bartolic; his grandchildren, Kyle Bartolic, Kali Gale (Levi), Kacey Cuin, Kristopher Cuin (Kaylee Rideout), Mac, Sophia Key, Brain Ellison (Kyanna Quintana), Ashlyn Morgando, David Lew, Tyne Cuin, Nolan, Carter Williams, Lyla Cuin, Angel and Brandon Frazier (Jacklynn); and his great grandchildren, Abbi, Brooklynn, Camrynn Gale, Zakai Ellison, Skiler, Maverick Cuin, Logan, Julian Musalem, Kyleigh, Oaklynn Frazier and Aarianna Velasquez.
