He is survived by: his wife Lynn Schultz of Rawlins, Wyoming; his children, Irene Garza, Tina Smith (Dave), Victoria Garza, Velma Luna (Nick), Gigi Perez, Sylvia Garza and Cruz A. Garza (Julie); and his siblings, Mary Helen Mungia, Marie Louise Santos, Rosalinda Garza and Eddie Garza. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
