He is survived by: his children, Linda Rivera (Louis) of Rawlins, Teri Marciniak (Voytek) of Rawlins, Janell Oaks (Brian) of Riverton, Wyoming, Thomas Bustos, Robert Bustos of Rawlins and Reggie. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
