She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert and Margrett; her son Brian L. Moore; her sister Alana Sue Hayes; and her nephew Jonathon Hayes.
She is survived by: her husband Allan Moore; her daughters, Jana Sams and Dody Moore Hissong (Heath); her sister Deborah Sassman (Ron); and her grandchildren, Sage, Sabra, Sierra, Seth, Cory, Cady and Cyla. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
