He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Hazelwood; his children, Michael Daniel (Jonna) of Strathmore, CA, Marcus Daniel of Springville, CA and Michelle Wallace (Randall) of Powell, WY; his grandchildren, Kourtney Crowell (Heather), Lacy Chenowith (Bryan), Ashley Gemmell (Chris), Woody Wallace (Randi Ripatoe) and Mariah Daniel; and his siblings, John, Sammy, Matt, Mildred Wilson, Sharon Tryon, Priscilla Chenowith and Lois Brown. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
