She was predeceased by: her parents, John P and Mary C Balen (Billings). She is survived by: her husband John B Riggs of Powell Wyoming; her sons, Mark J. of Casper Wyoming and John R. of Powell Wyoming; and her siblings, Marie Blackstock of Casper Wyoming, John Balen of Las Cruces, NM, Paul Balen and Michael Balen of Hobbs, NM..
