He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Bobby Rector. He is survived by: his parents, Michael R. Campbell and Ann M. Bobzin Campbell of Pavilion; his sons, Everett of Powell and Ethan Campbell of Powell; and his sisters, Michelle Rector of Batavia, NY and Kelly Buck (Matt) of Warsaw. He is also survived by his former wife and mother of his children, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
