She was predeceased by: her parents, Hardy Hawkins and Flora Hawkins; her siblings, H. B. and Evaughn; her son Greg; her daughter-in-law Mary Evelyn; and her grandson David.
She is survived by: her sisters, Willa Pendergraft of Portland, OR and Laverta Eblen of Boring, OR; her children, Ken (Marcy) of Union, OR, Mike (Faith) of Loreto, Nate (Carmen) of Aurora, CO and Kayla Barnard (Wade) of Powell, WY; and her daughter-in-law Elsa Ball of Montrose, CO. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren.
