He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bert, Skip Wayt, Curtis and Gladys Collins. He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Collins and Jalene Collins of Farmington; his wife Shelia; his brother Gabe (Debbie); his niece Abbey Collins; and his pets, Vida and Guinness.
