He was predeceased by: his former wives, Martena and Lucille; his great grandchild Cynthia Halstead; and his siblings, Beulah, Russell, Orlo and Leonard.
He is survived by: his children, Marlitt Halstead (Diane) of Powell, WY, Rosalene Mooney (Danny) of Granite Falls and Duane Halstead (Janet) of Montevideo. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 3 great step-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson.
