He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma Onstine and Frederick W. Onstine of Powell, WY.; his wife Connie Onstine; his son T. J. Onstine; and his siblings, Eugene, Ray Onstine and Jeannine Wood.

He is survived by: his children, Tammy Grinsteiner (John), RayAnn Hessenthaler (Tyler), Willie Onstine (Jade) and Nancy Picucci (Nick); and his brother Ralph Onstine (Noralee). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
