He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Onstine and Norma Onstine (Elder); his sister Jeannine Wood; and his brother-in-law William 'Rabbit Wood. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Kay Sanders; his children, Randy Onstine (Amber), Victor Onstine (Jackie), Cindy Perez (Kevin) of California and Wendy MaGill (Andy) of Powell; his grandchildren, Justin, Drew, Jacob, Nate MaGill of Powell, Brittany Johnson of California, Tyler Baker of California, Ciara Perez of California, Mackenzie of California, Jack of California, Luke of California and Nick Onstine of California; his brothers, Ray Onstine of Idaho, Ralph Onstine (NoraLee) of Idaho and Freddie Onstine (Connie) of Powell; and his sisters-in-law, Ann Spomer of Powell and Betty Humphreys of California. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
