It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delilah Ratcliff (Powell, Wyoming), born in Murphysboro, Illinois, who passed away on September 11, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Delilah leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Delilah may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sandford Stearns and Evelyn Stearns (Youngman); her husband Sonny Ratcliff; and her great grandchild Dustin Caden Ratcliff. She is survived by: her children, Russ Ratcliff (Tammy) and Sandy Ratcliff; and her grandchildren, Mandy, Josh, Dusty, Jeanne and Amanda. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
