She is survived by: her mother Doris Phillips Jacobmeier of Lincoln, NE; her children, JoAna Cavanagh of Denver, CO, Kim Brown of Niagara Falls and Michael Lynn of Monument, CO; her grandchildren, Katie Cavanagh, Emma Cavanagh, Jack Cavanagh, Luke Lynn and Lance Lynn; and her siblings, Jon Jacobmeier of Bellevue, NE, Bill Hammond of Colorado Springs, CO, Bob Hammond, Sandy Nicholes of Coalville, UT and Stacy Ciechomske of St. Clairsville, OH..
