She is survived by: her stepfather Bud Fackrell; her children, Vickie Eubank (Jesse) and Che'Nielson (Sarah); her granddaughters, Lacy, Chelsea and Sami Jo; her great grandchildren, Justin and Deegan; and her siblings, Bud Fackrell (Leann), Penny Chrisman and Lori Wortham (Rex).
