She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bart Saxbe and Ardith Kleinhans Saxbe; and her grandson Charles Reid Schouboe. She is survived by: her husband Horton Spitzer; her brothers, Charles Saxbe (Rocky) and William Saxbe (Bart); her children, Charles T Lopeman, Elizabeth Carey Lopeman and Lydda Jennings Givens (Jen); and her grandsons, Trevor Hill, Charles Samuel Lopeman (Sam) and Richard Schouboe (Buck).
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pines Episcopal Church (524 W Pine St, Pinedale, WY 82941).
