Though Douglas may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Floyd, Dorothy Jones, Hugh, Marge Burnett, Leonard and Pauline Fields.
He is survived by: his parents, Chuck Fields (Barb) and Patricia Burnett; his brother Dave (Melissa); his nephew Charlie; and his niece Meredith.
