He is survived by: his wife Kristie A. Moritz; his son Joseph Cooley; his son-in-law Robert Lievanos; and his brother Daniel Moritz.
A vigil service was held on Monday, October 21st 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Paul Catholic Church (501 E 4th St, Pine Bluffs, WY 82082). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, October 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, October 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Pine Bluffs Cemetery (1000 Co Rd 164, Pine Bluffs, WY 82082). A reception was held on Tuesday, October 22nd 2024 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the St. Paul Catholic Church (501 E 4th St, Pine Bluffs, WY 82082).
