He was predeceased by: his father Larry Phillips; and his wife Judy Phillips. He is survived by: his daughter Haley Rider (Dylln Rider); his grandson Lincoln Rider; his siblings, Shawn Phillips and Amy Peper (Wes Peper); his mother Dorothy Sutton; his stepfather Delbert Sutton; and his stepchildren, Andrea Bryant (Rob Bryant), Ryan Sanders and Christofer Mossberg.
