She was predeceased by: her brothers, Dale Scheel and Lee Scheel. She is survived by: her children, Russell Beavers (Sheila), Leola Beard (John) and Dean Beavers (Pam); and her grandchildren, Brock Beavers (Bridget), TJ King, Clint Freeburg (Stephanie) and Jerilyn Reis (Nathan). She is also survived by four step-grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and eight step-great-grandchildren.
